We here at Banded Marsh Outdoors will try and work out the best option for you and understand that in some instances a trip may have to be cancelled due to certain circumstances.  In the event of Inclement weather we will notify you in advance and either refund your deposit or try and reschedule for the next available trip. In some cases we may have to re-book for the next duck season, depending on your reservation dates. 

In the case of a Medical Emergency, Death in the family, Travelling delays and other cancelations the deposit refunds are as followed. 

•  Cancelation 15+days in advance-Full Deposit Refunded.

• Cancelation 7+ days in advance 50% of Deposit Refunded

• Cancelation less then 3 days in advance  0% of Deposit Refunded
